Lock It Up is an alcohol-free styling gel that was formulated to hold curly hair in place without applying a hard feel or hold. Lock It Up can be used to start and maintain Locks and twists. Lock It Up can also be used for defining the curl pattern in natural hair as well as for styling and setting natural hair. Lock It Up can also be used for styling chemically processed hair without flaking and hard hold.
For Lock starting using the comb twist, palm roll, finger twist, braid or two-strand twist technique: After shampooing and conditioning with natural shampoo and conditioner, towel dry the hair and spray a small amount of Protective Mist Bodifier to the hair. Begin at the nape area and section off a small amount of hair and apply a small amount of Lock It Up to the length of the hair and begin to comb twist, palm roll, braid, and finger twist or two-strand twist. Continue the technique throughout the entire head. Place client under the dryer until dry. Apply natural moisturiser to the scalp.
